Unfortunately I'm afraid that this is the new normal, take your money without providing quality service. Don't be surprised when you end up getting frustrated because it takes sooooo much time to accomplish your objective. Fubo chases soccer and just about every place that carries soccer carries other sports making them a big sports package. You can go to just about any other service and get them, so go there and get them. It is not always possible to text or email about a problem, but that is what you are encouraged to do. When they pulled out of the deal because of the COVID sports delays, Fubo dropped them. However, if you sign up be aware that in my opinion their customer service is difficult to access and sometimes impossible to understand, if English is not their native language. I cancelled this service today, John helped me and was quite helpful. Recently I was watching a movie and it stopped and I got a message that they were "Huddling to fix the problem". Numerous time I recorded a show to watch later and when I went to watch It had recorded something totally different. The last hike in cost was $18.32 to add regional sports that I did not want and was not asked if I wanted this added. The cost went from $54.99 to $97.59 in a little over 2 years.
